【Firmware Update Guide】:
Ensure that you download the correct firmware version and extract the files. Do not execute the software directly within the compression software.

Step1.Dongle Firmware Update
Make sure the Dongle is connected through the USB cable that comes with the mouse, directly to a USB port on the computer motherboard.

Step2.Open the "Dongle" folder.
Right-click on the software and select "Run as administrator" to open the firmware update program.

Step3.Once you press START to begin updating the Dongle firmware, refrain from operating the mouse or the computer during the update process.
And do not unplug or move the USB cable connecting the Dongle during the update process, as disconnecting the connection will result in a failed update, rendering the product unusable. Wait until the progress bar completes and displays "PASS" to proceed with further actions.

If you encounter installation issues or if the firmware update software displays "FAILED" during the update process, please close the firmware update software and restart it.

Step4.Mouse Firmware Update
Connect the USB cable used to connect the Dongle in the previous step to the mouse.

Step5.Open the "Mouse" folder.
Right-click on the software and select "Run as administrator" to open the firmware update program.

Step6.After pressing START to begin updating the mouse firmware, refrain from using the mouse or the computer during the update process. Also, do not turn off the mouse power switch during the update, as this may cause the update to fail. Wait until the progress bar completes and the "PASS" message is displayed to indicate that the update is complete before proceeding with any further actions.

If you encounter installation issues or if the firmware update software displays "FAILED" during the update process, please close the firmware update software and restart it.

【Receiver Pairing】:
Step1.Turn off the mouse
Step2.Press and hold the back side button, then turn on the mouse.

Step5.The battery indicator light on top will change from blinking to steady, indicating a successful pairing. If it continues to blink, please repeat steps 1 to 5 for pairing again.

【Confirm whether the switch to 4K/2K Polling Rate is successful】:
Note: If the firmware update is successful but unable to switch to 2K or 4K, it is because the update will revert to "Standard Mode". Only in "Competitive Mode" can you switch to 2K or 4K.
