[ Note ] : Under what conditions can a return be requested? 

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Customers can request a return within seven days of receiving the product. 

- Customers (including the recipient, family members, or superintendents) can return the product within fourteen days from received date, product must be in brand-new condition and its packaging is intact. 

- Please note that returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances: 

1. Items that have been washed or soiled (including animal hair and other dust on clothing). 

2. Items that have been altered. 

3. Items with removed or cut tags. 

4. Items whose packaging is not in brand-new condition, has been damaged, or cannot be restored to its original state. 

5. Items with stains, makeup, perfume, or missing accessories. 

6. Returns requested after seven days from the delivery date. 

7. Items that have already been exchanged once without defects. 

8. Non-VAXEE items or items without proof of purchase. 

[ Return Shipping Costs ] : Processing Time for Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations 

Products returned must be received by Zeustar Inc. within 14 days from your invoice date. 

Customer is responsible for sending the returned products to Zeustar Inc. This includes the cost of shipping. 

• Shipping fees are not refundable. 

• Transaction fees will not be refund for cancellation of your order 

• Import duties or tax may apply when placing an order which vary by country at your cost 

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. After the returned product is received, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection. 

Once the inspection is complete, please wait 24-48 hours for your product refund to be processed.
